We can offer Extended Replacement Cost following a desktop valuation. We cannot offer this for Grade I, Grade II* or Grade A listed properties.

We are happy with listed properties and can insure all listings.

We will not insure non- standard properties such as thatch, previously underpinned homes, complex constructions or certain types of flat roof properties, specifically sedum or other types of green roof.

  • Maintained central station alarm required if combined general contents, fine art and valuables is £350,000 or more.

We do not offer terms for any property where commercial activity is ongoing within the main home, any industrial, manufacturing or farming activity, commercial letting or Airbnb. We can consider low hazard commercial activity which is not carried on in the home (e.g. an art class in an outbuilding) provided the relevant commercial insurances are in place.
